Return and Refund Policy

At NoveltoMart, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a 7-day warranty on our products In addition we are offering check warranty of 2 days. Please read the following guidelines carefully before returning any item.

7-Days Warranty

All products come with a full refund guarantee of 7 days for the results from the date of purchase. If the item is defective or does not match the description, please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or give you a full refund as decided by our arbitration team.

Defective or Faulty Products

If the product is defective or faulty, please take photos or videos of the product and email us at noveltomart@gmail.com. After confirmation, we will replace or refund your purchase as decided by the arbitration team. The case should be initiated within 2 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requesting a Return

To start a return, please contact us at noveltomart@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the relevant warehouse from which the product was shipped, as we have warehouses in different cities to ensure fast shipping.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please use trackable mail service for the return to ensure your refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

In case the product is being returned to a different warehouse after approval, and it doesn't reach the relevant warehouse within 10 consecutive days of the approval of a return request due to any reason, the dispute shall be closed and the customer will lose the right to make a claim for a refund/return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Claims made after 2 days of receiving the product will be invalid.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and electronics parts/items as these only come with a check warranty of first-time use within 2 days of receiving the order. Products can't be returned for any personal or health reasons, as it is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure if they need something or not. We don't provide any medical recommendations in any case. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

If a support ticket was raised within 2 days of receiving an item, and then at any point, the customer doesn't reply or provide the relevant information within 3 consecutive days to our support team for any reason, the dispute shall be closed and the customer will lose the right to make a claim for a refund/return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In any case of a REFUND, if approved, you'll be refunded in the form of store credits/wallet/coupons only.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 30% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons for Returns/Refunds

We cannot honor returns/refunds for reasons such as the buyer no longer wanting the items or finding them cheaper elsewhere. After submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. Therefore, please be confident that you want to purchase the items before submitting an order.
